Huntsman will not work with Razer Synapse 3

Hello, when I plug my Razer Huntsman Keyboard into my Computer without having installed Razer Synapse 3, it works fine (however of course I want to have the features of Synapse 3). If Synapse is installed, the Keyboard lights up when I plug it in, the windows sound shows that it also recognized it and I can type on it for one or two seconds. But then, the light turns of, the windows sound shows that it thinks I plugged it out and I can no longer type on it. A few seconds later and it all begins from new. I would like to get a quick answer, cause I really want the advantages of the synapse software. Thanks!

Hey there! Thanks for sharing your Razer Hunstman concern on our Support board. That is odd. By the way, have you tested the keyboard to a different port on your PC? Does the issue happen when the keyboard is connected to a different PC with Razer Synapse 3.0? If the issue persists, please send me a PM together with your keyboard's serial number. Let's continue from there.
