Hyper pulling Dongle of my Razer DA V3 not showing in Razer synapse

The dongle it self connects to my mouse (DAV3). When I plug in the hyperpolling dongle its not registering so i can’t access the 4k polling. 1k polling is the highest I can go. The led on the hyper polling hasn't turned on when plugged in. Not sure if it Faulty or I'm doing something wrong.

What version of Synapse are you currently using? For now, try to follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure your Razer device is properly plugged in and connected directly to the computer and not through a USB hub.

  2. Restart your PC if this is your first time installing a Razer device or if you have just completed an update.

  3. Perform a repair of Razer Synapse if the issue persists.

If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
