was closed in error. This is an issue impacting many users with this specific model (Razer Blade 16 2023, 4090 GPU). This seems to be a bug in the latest version of Synapse 4 where the previous thread suggested opening a warranty support ticket (in error).
Summary:
Synapse 4 does not show the Hyperboost option as of most recent version of Synapse 4, when using a Razer Blade 16 from 2023 with a 4090 GPU and the Razer Laptop Cooling Pad. This option was not as far as I am aware available ever on Synapse 3. Confirmed when connecting the Laptop Cooling Pad to both the Thunderbolt 5 Dock Chroma and to the Blade itself with nothing in between.
