I’ve recently bought a Magnus pro xl with Lamborghini microsuede mag pad mat. After a day of gaming my mouse was flat. I’ve checked and everything is connected properly (it is) & it turns out the metal desktop interferes. razer recommend placing the hyperflux on top of the mag pad mat, which I have done but still having issues. I have even tried another fabric mat under the hyper flux but still having the same issue. The only solution I have found it to hold up the mouse mat. Any ideas how I can get round this issue.

I think that's a good idea.
Wood desk no issues here. I've also had Firefly v2 pro on top of hyperflux v2 with great success since January 2026.
