I just got the hyperflux v2 and the basilisk v3 pro and I can’t get the mouse to pair with the mat.
puck is installed. only way to get the mouse to work is by plugging in the dongle or cable.
Led on the mat hasn’t turned on once either.
I get the notification sound when plugging it in and it shows in synapse. but they aren’t working with each other.
The setup steps seem a bit odd as well, says to make sure it isn’t plugged in via usb and the dongle is unplugged which then i have no mouse to click the scan button??
