HyperfluxV2 + naga v2 stutter issues

I’ve been using this setup for about 6 months and had no real issues once I was able to properly sync and setup the devices for the first time.
However since about a week or 2-3 ago I’ve been experiencing an issue where the hyperflux mat suddenly disconnects.
The LED light that indicates it’s charging the mouse, turns off, and my mouse starts stuttering/lagging really badly. So it’s not sending the signals properly anymore or something. After a bit (between 10-20 mins) the lagging issue improves and a while later the mat just reconnects itself it seems..
Unplugging and replugging the usb cable to my motherboard doesn’t do anything to fix this issue. Also have tried to switch usb ports to usb-c but nothing seems to help.
Can someone help me on this? For such expensive peripherals i am a fairly disappointed in them..

Note; it always happens after I’ve been playing games for a bit and my gfx card/pc is running warm. Not sure if it can be related because the mat itself feels just fine and I did not have this issue before under similar conditions.

I’m having this exact same issue right now and the fact that there’s been no update to this post in 5 months is concerning...

Just to update, the issue is currently resolved by uninstalling synapse and chroma, using the razer driver cleanup (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20339/~/razer-driver-clean-up-tool) then reinstalling synapse and the driver for the Hyperflux. Unsure if this will truly resolve the situation as this is the second time I’ve had the issue happen and the first time it happened it was resolved by rebooting the PC. Will update if this solution no longer works.
