I understand that your Razer right earbud isn’t charging. To isolate the issue, please ensure the earbud is properly inserted into the charging case. Sometimes, debris can prevent a good connection. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbud and the case using a dry, soft brush or cloth. I also suggest trying to perform battery calibration on your Razer earbuds. It might help to drain the battery to 0% and then let it recharge to 100%. If the problem persists, please PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check the warranty options.
