I bought DeathAdder v3 Hyperspeed with a hyperpolling dongle and arrived today, but the dongle didn't work, while the mouse worked fine. I tried to connect the dongle to my PC to update the firmware, but it didn't show that the dongle was connected, so I couldn't proceed with the update. It didn't show up on synapses either. How do I fix it?

+1Dongle is detected in Windows device manager? Do you head connect/disconnect sound in OS when you’ll connect it or disconnect?
Also did you’ve tried it on another PC?
It doesn't make any sound when connected, it doesn't even appear in the device manager. When I tried it on my personal laptop, it didn't make the same sound, and it wasn't visible to synapse and device managers

Then assume, that dongle is dead.
RMA it if you still have valid warranty.
i have this same problem today i get my Hyperpolling wireless dongle and i cant connect with mouse Deathadder v3 hyperspeed when i try to selcect my mouse in razer synapse i have communicate No Device Found .
