Hyperpolling Dongle Not Showing in Synapse

I just got the Razer Naga Pro V2 and it came with the hyperpolling dongle. I initially did not know how it worked, so I just used the USB connector without the dongle plugged in. Now I have it plugged in, but synapse just shows the Naga connected and no dongle. I have reinstalled synapse. I also tried using the firmware updater for the dongle but it does not recognize it as being connected to my PC so it will not do anything. What can I do from here?
