Buttons on old V3 broke so i got new one but without “Hyperpolling Dongle” because you are able to pair the dongle with new mouse. However when i try pairing in synapse all i see is my old V3 and new one showing up, there is no separate Hyperpolling Dongle showing up so i can select it up for pairing. I tried other guides / tutorials on youtube and answers from Razer on threads but they all start by saying “click on dongle in synapse”. I also tried opening support ticket but on multiple ocassions web is just stuck on “please wait” and infinite loop.
So i guess my question is, how do i pair my old Hyperpolling Dongle that i previously used, to my new V3 Pro?
