I have a Viper v2 pro and i lost the normal dongle for it a while ago, so I purchased a hyperpolling dongle to replace it. I have connected the new dongle, paired it to the mouse, and attempted to use it, but the mouse won't connect / no movements are registered. The mouse works as expected when connected wired. Any help would be appreciated.

Does the problem persist across different PCs, even if you use a different USB port? Please ensure you are on Synapse 3 version 3.8.1031.110202 or later. Make sure to update the firmware of your Hyperpolling Wireless dongle using this link before updating your Razer Viper V2 Pro firmware is here.
