Hypersense feature not working on Nari Ultimate headset

The title is pretty much self-explanatory. I got the headset yesterday, everything sounds great. But the haptic feedback of the headset just stopped working at some point (came back to my PC, didn't work anymore). Tried rebooting, didn't help. I reinstalled Synapse 3, got the haptic feedback working again. Then I boot my PC today, and it doesn't work anymore. The function is activated in Synapse. The only way I got it working again is by uninstalling Synapse and using the headset without the app, but that doesn't help me much since I can't use THX Spatial Audio without Synapse. A button on the headset to activate or deactive the function would have helped a great deal, but as far as I can see, there's no such button. Any help would be appreciated because, as I said, I truly love the spatial audio it offers, but I paid the premium price to get the Hypersense feature as well, and it simply won't work. Thanks.
