HyperSense (haptic intensity) is broken after Synapse update

Since the latest Synapse update (v. 20231106), I can't control the haptic intensity anymore of my Kraken v3 HyperSense headphone.
The intensity is now set on max and I can't turn it off or change the intensity. It's not possible to change it in the software or with the button on the headphone (there also no ‘bleep’ sound when I press it).
The haptic effects are now so intense, it became very uncomfortable to use the headphone.

Also, as described by other users in different posts, my custom EQ settings disappeared after the latest update. I'm not able to get them back by importing backups. I have now set my favorite EQ setting manually, but the sound doesn't seem right anymore. It's not the same as it used to be.

Please, give us some info about what has happened. Will there be a fix for us soon?

Hi Dotchli,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you encountered after updating the synapse. To isolate the problem, please try to perform a clean reinstallation of Syanpse here. If the steps didn't work, PM me your device serial number and help me gather the following information so I can initiate a ticket on your behalf:
