hypershift function doesn't work

"hypershift" button of my razer mouse turns to "back space" key now. all short cut function become invalid. that bothers me, how can i fix it? i try to reset the configuration, it doesn't work. i try to uninstall the drivers, it doesn't work. i try to contact custom service, she told me that she can't help me with that. i try to report bug one year ago, but no responses. how can i fix it?
