I bought my Blackshark V2 Hyperspeeds a year ago, and has worked mostly fine until recently, when the USB dongle is no longer recognized by windows, and is marked as a broken USB device (code 43). I have been going in circles inside this website for days with no way to contact a person that could solve this problem. I have recently turned to warranty support but, wouldn’t you know, it is impossible to reach as well! every page just redirects you to the same tutorial about reinstalling synapse again and again. Frankly, I don’t even know if I even want this product anymore, even if I somehow got to reach someone @ razer, I feel this is done on purpose to block me from actually filing a claim, and any further issues with any razer product will just be another headache.
I really hope someone from the support team will read this, though I doubt it based on my recent experience.
