I have made contact with support and provided the pictures of the gift card and the receipt but I have not received any update for about 2-3 days. Wondering if it is normal for the long period wait to occur.

Sometimes it’s normal, maybe they’re overwhelmed with number of cases.


It's been about 3 weeks, still have not received a decent reply. The last one was saying that I would hear back from the relevant team in 2-3 days, that was 14 days ago.
