I accidentally scratched off my $20 gold razor gift card it was a birthday gift can you please help me?

    and yes I do still have photos and it was not redeemed beforehand

    Can you provide some more info as to what you’re asking? Are you saying that you were supposed to gift this to someone but accidentally scratched it yourself?

However, I suggest that you submit a Ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Please make sure to include all relevant information and photos of the card with an over-scratch code. Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:

    1. Everything has to be a separate image.
    2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
    3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
    4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
    5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
