I got a Razer Deathadder Essential for christmas, and it has been plagued with problems. The mouse itself does not work, and I am attempting to register my mouse so the warranty can be used to replace this mouse for a working one.
However when using the register product section it keeps telling me my Serial Number is incorrect and is referring to I and 1, and O and 0. I have tried every possible combination and it is not working. I need help to resolve this issue ASAP.
