I purchased a Razer headset compatible with Razer Surround 7.1. Inside the box there is the Razer Surround 7.1 leaflet, however no activation code is printed on it.
When I try to activate Razer Surround 7.1 through Razer Synapse, the software asks me to enter an activation key or reports that the code is already in use / already registered.
I would like to ask for your assistance to:
- verify the license status linked to my headset, or
- receive a new activation code or have the license activated directly on my Razer account.
I can provide the product serial number, photos of the leaflet/box, or any other information you may need.
