I am facing trouble using "W A S D" keys..having some input problem! (Blackwidow v4x)

I bought this keyboard from amazon on 9th December 2024 and it’s been roughly 3 months and not gonna lie have had a wonderful experience.! But a week ago suddenly I started facing some issues related to my keyboard- I play valorant..and in games like these movement keys play a vital role, but I’ve been facing issues with it…
I-my character sometimes stop moving or something like that in middle of fights or sometimes normally too and it’s not like the game is heavy on my PC - I have very good specs so I don’t think its a problem with my pc..and I think it’s the “D” key specifically but am not sure..I haven’t tested it enough I think and the product does not come with extra key switches so I don’t know what to do..Can someone help with it..? my keyboard is “Blackwidow V4 X”

    Hey there,

    Can you test the affected keys outside the game to see if you experience the issue when just typing the letters? Please also send me a PM with the serial number of your keyboard so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the key input issue you're currently experiencing.
