I am not receiving the 2-factor authentication text message.

Hello, I'm writing from Peru. I'm currently trying to update my Razer profile information. However, it's asking for two-factor authentication. My phone number appears to be correct, but I never receive the text message.

Another option is to enter a backup code, which I don't have.

How can I resolve this issue?
