I am not receiving the 2FA code message in my Gmail

I have a problem and I contacted you, but you haven't resolved it. The problem is that I want to make a purchase using my Razer account, but it's asking for 2FA. When I request the code, it doesn't arrive in my Gmail. I've tried repeatedly, but no message has been received. I've tried to find another way to authenticate, but there's no option other than Gmail and contacting support. Please authenticate my account because I want to purchase games.
