can somebody help me please?
i am trying to register my deathadder mouse but the registration process will not recognise the difference between the zero and the o .
i have sat here for 45 mins and it keeps telling me that the serial number and the pn number is wrong.
i have tried replacing and moving between the 0 o .

I understand you’re you’re having trouble registering your Razer DeathAdder. Please send me a clear photo of the serial number on your mouse and store invoice. You can upload the photo to Google Drive, set the sharing settings to “Anyone with the link”, and then send me the link via PM so I can check the details on our end. Thanks!

+1If the mouse is visible in Synapse, then click on DeathAdder then click on the (?) icon top right. It’ll open mouse help page, where you can find your S/N - just click on COPY button.
