I consistently encounter issues with the chat support feature, as it is always unavailable when I attempt to seek help. I urgently need assistance with my Kraken X, which is still under warranty and requires immediate servicing. At the time of purchase, I noticed a small line break that I initially believed was a harmless design element in the headband area. Unfortunately, this break has since expanded, raising concerns that it could lead to a more serious failure. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. I want some support from some Razer support staff on what I can do now . Please help. Thank you
