I am unable to link dongle to new mouse

I have a V3 pro mouse and a separate hyper polling dongle.

I bought a new mouse yesterday and I have been unable to link this. I've trued updating the dongle and nothing seems to be working.

 

Any help would be much appreciated

    Let me assist you with your concern. I understand that your Razer mouse won’t pair to its wireless dongle. Isolate the issue, make sure to connect the USB dongle directly to the computer USB port and run the Pairing Utility for your mouse.
