Please note that the Razer Kraken Ultimate does not support 7.1 Surround Sound and instead, it uses the THX Spatial Audio feature, which is an upgraded version of 7.1 Surround Sound.

The THX Spatial Audio feature does not require an activation code. You don't need an activation code for THX Spatial Audio, as it is already integrated in your device. You can configure and customize your THX Spatial Audio through this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13209/
