I bought a Blackshark V2 X headset and I can't register it

I bought this headset from a trusted company, not repackaged or second hand, and when I try to register it, it says it has already been registered. I truly don’t understand why. I’m trying to get an email for the 7.1 surround sound, because it didn't come in the package.

Please note that product registration mainly helps with warranty. You can find your activation code on the scratch card inside the packaging as indicated here. If the card is missing or the code was already used, please contact the reseller about a replacement. Also, make sure to buy Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to be sure you’re getting a genuine device. Products bought from non-authorized dealers can be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
