I bought a new pair of razer kraken and the 7.1 surround sound code doenst work.

This is my second time making a thread about this here and still i have not gotten any help. My headset was brand new and the redeem code was not previously scratched when i opened the box. Ive re-typed the code multiple times as to avoid any miss haps from my part.
