I’m afraid I have limited access to this part of our system, but our dedicated support team can help you with your Razer Gold card. Please submit a Support Ticket or contact us via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom-right of the page. When you do, make sure to include all relevant details and clear photos of the card and receipt. Please follow these guidelines for the images:

  1. Each item (card, receipt, etc.) should be in a separate image.
  2. Do not stack the gift card and the receipt together.
  3. Do not blur, cover, or mark anything on the gift card or receipt.
  4. Reduce the file size if the images are too large.
  5. Make sure the images are clear and show all four corners.
