I bought a Razer Edge 2nd hand in İstanbul. The seller said he bought it from Japan which was seemingly true based on the sticker on the box. After 5 or so months It randomly stopped connecting to wifi and I tried everything. Chat GPT said it was an internal issue and it needed to be sent to warranty but this is where the problem begun. The original owner threw the receipt to the trash and I cannot really prove that my device is new and within the warranty range. I dont have a lot of money so the warrant would be a lifesaver for me. Please help me.
