I bought a razer kraken X 7.1 headset from a store and it did NOT come with an 7.1 activation code

I bought a razer kraken headset 7.1 from Public, a well known store chain. The headset did not come with an activation key though inside the box. As a second seller I was referring to a seller that is not directly razer. My headset was brand new, never mentioned second-hand. How do I get my code. PLEASE.
