I bought genesis crystal, my request is pending, they took my Razer Gold Coin but I haven't got anything

I bought 1980 + 260 genesis crystal using 29.99 razer gold coins for the Wings Promotion. I haven’t got my crystals but they still took the coins. I tried sending a ticket but I haven’t got a response at all after lots of time has passed. Also sorry for my bad english, it’s not my first language
