I bought my Razer Krakens at a local store in my city and there was no activation code in the box.

I purchased my headset almost 2 years ago but didn't know that to use 7.1 I needed software and an activation code. I did not have an activation code in the box hence why I did not know. I want to know how I can get my code.

Please send me the serial number of the headset. I will need that to check if it is eligible for an activation code. I'd appreciate it if you can share the proof of purchase along with the email address you used to register the headset. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
