i bought razer atlas and cant find its seril number.

I understand that you’re having trouble locating the serial number for your Razer Atlas, even after checking the product packaging. 

To clarify, regular Razer mouse mats, including the Razer Atlas do not come with a serial number. This mouse mat only have a product number. Please note that for warranty claims, eligibility will be based on the warranty details indicated in your proof of purchase. For this reason, I strongly recommend keeping your proof of purchase, as it will be required for any future warranty claims
