On October 24th, I made the purchase of the product on the Razer Italy website.

I bought the 'VIPER V3 HYPERSPEED + HYPERPOLLING DONGLE' promotion.

The product arrived today, on 10-31-2023, at approximately 09:50. At the moment I am writing this, it's 12:30, and I don't know how to make the 4K DONGLE work.

I tried to connect it to all the USB ports on my computer. I tested it with different cables.

I should mention that the mouse was detected correctly, the Synapse software updated and prompted me to restart the PC.

However, the 4K DONGLE is not working. The green LED doesn't light up.

It's strange because I can hear the typical Windows sound when we connect a USB device. The Windows Device Manager indicates 2 new devices with the name // MOUSE COMPATIBLE WITH HID, but the dongle does nothing, and Synapse doesn't detect it either

Do I need to return the purchase?
I must say that I've been a user of the brand for years, and I've never had a problem like this before. That's why I don't know how to proceed.
