I brought a new Blackshark v2 X - Sound only coming out of left side

I just got a new headset, and I went to try it and sound is only coming out the left side. I tried:

adjusting sliders in Levels / Audio Settings
restarted PC
Updated / Uninstalled Audio Drivers.
Tried different PC / Cables

I have a feeling I recieved a defective product.

Please check the audio ports and audio jack for any dirt or debris. If possible, test your headset with a mobile device and check if the issue happens. If the same issue persists, possible its a hardware issue.
