Hello radioDarkRedAPATITE297,

I replied to your message. Unfortunately, your Razer BlackShark V2 X is was registered to a different account, and the 7.1 Surround Sound has been claimed since June 12, 2023. I suggest you take advantage of your warranty since you just recently purchased the device. Please note that purchasing products from non-authorized dealers can often result in the use of counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. Stay safe!

Hello VictorFilipe,

To address your concern, please PM your headset's serial number and proof of purchase so that I can verify the information. You can upload the shareable files to any of the online drives listed here. Thank you!
