I can't activate the 7.1 surround sound code

I bought headphones RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 X had a built-in activation key for surround sound 7.1. But, unfortunately, the key did not work and gives the message "invalid license code", could you tell me what can be done or who should I contact?

Please send me a screenshot of the error message, a photo of the scratch card, and the serial number of the headset. I can use those to better understand the situation and help you activate the 7.1 Surround Sound app that supports your headset. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
