I can't config my mouse in synopse3.

I have had a basilisk hyperspeed for 2 years and recently I tried changing my dpi and polling rate on Synapse 3, but when I try using it doesn't save my changes nor let me create a profile. I already tried running it with administration permission, updating my mouse drivers, reinstalling the app, and restarting my pc multiple times. Does anybody have a sollution? Thanks in advance!
