Hello. I can't connect my Viper v2 mouse via cable. It works fine via dongle. However, as soon as I disconnect the dongle from the USB port, the mouse charges, but the system doesn't detect it. I tried updating the mouse's firmware, but I can't do it because the updater doesn't recognize it either. I've tried updating it on three different computers, all with the same problem. Regards

Can you disable your Synapse by folowing the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the wired connection issue.
