I can’t register headphones on the site I recently bought a new computer and decided to install 7.1 sound. For this, the program required an activation code, I didn’t find it in the headphone box, and to get the code I tried to register the headphones using the link https://razerid.razer.com/products/new.
After entering the information, it showed that the serial number was unidentified. I changed the numbers 1 and 0 to O and I and vice versa, nothing changed. How can I register a device and set up 7.1 sound?
Perhaps I don’t understand something correctly and 7.1 sound does not need to be activated, because thx spatial audio technology is used, but I remember that on the old computer there was a 7.1 surround sound program and it worked without any activation of the device
