I can't get any SMS confirmation for the past 2 days.

I am trying to recharge my Mobile Legends account but somehow I can't receive any sms confirmation code to proceed with the transaction. I have balance on my Razer account and wanted to use it. Tried resetting my device hoping it'll fix the problem but it persists.
