I bought new headphones, registered them, but the 7.1 sound activation code didn't arrive in my email. The Razer website says that this product doesn't support this feature, but it's listed as supporting it. What's the issue?

Hi there,
The Razer Blackshark V2 X USB is compatible with the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. In order for you to receive the activation code, you need to register your headset. Once done, the code will be sent via email. Just make sure to check your inbox, spam or junk folder. Feel free to reach out via PM if you need further assistance.
