I already registered my razer kraken V2 pro but I can't get my code to get sorround 7.1 it is said that they will send the code to my email but they did not send me anything how can i get it?

    When did you register the headset? Better yet, PM me the serial number of the device and the email address you used to register. I'll take it from there.
