Hello, I was given Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones for my birthday on 06/11/2025. When I enter the activation code in the Razer 7.1 app, the message "This code has already been activated" appears. Please help me solve this problem. I have both headphones and a box. The gift was bought for me in Rechitsa, Gomel region, Belarus.

Have you tried reaching out to the reseller? I suggest you take advantage of the warranty, since we cannot remove the device registration from the previous account. To ensure authenticity and prevent similar issues in the future, we recommend buying Razer products from authorized Razer resellers. This ensures you receive a genuine device.
