I can't hear certain audios with my Razer Kraken X headset.
I recently bought the Razer Kraken X headset and I can't hear certain audios with it, for example on the Whatsapp app I can hear video files but not audio records, on Twitter I can hear some video clips but can't hear others, thats insanely weird and pretty annoying, before that I could hear everything and I was using the Razer Kraken 7.1 v2. Any help?

That's definitely a weird one. Does this happen with and without Synapse running in the background? Do you get the same results without the USB audio controller? You may also want to check your privacy settings and make sure that the apps in question have permission to use the headset.

If that is the case, try to test the headset on a smartphone using similar apps. By the way, are you getting the same results using speakers? Analog headsets are driven by your PC's sound card, so you may want to start by reinstalling the Realtek drivers.
SecundumSome Razer Krakens are connected to the computer by USB - is yours? Have you tried rebooting the computer? As far as WhatsApp audio is concerned, either update your WhatsApp and if you still can't hear the audio of WhatsApp, then use a third party app like GBWhatsapp just for checking and check out GBwhatsapp I hope this link helpful for you. https://gbapps.net/gbwhatsapp-apk/
