I can't hear out of my right ear on the Nari Ultimate

So I was in a call with my friend last night and I think I got a razer update. In the middle of the call my right headset ear started to buffer and sometimes it would work but mostly not. It's like theirs something wrong with the speaker but than every time I try contacting razer but I can't get anywhere with them so I'm posting this here.
