I can't pair my Razer Nari dongle with my Ultimate headphones.

Hello :) I have a problem with pairing a new dongle that I bought at an auction. The dongle is detected as a Razer Nari and I can't pair it with the Razer Utility Pairing program because the Utility Pairing program doesn't detect the Ultimate headphones, but when I pair it, the Utility Pairing Ultimate doesn't detect the dongle. Please help me what to do in this case.
