I want to register 7.1 sound but there is no code in the box. I decided to register the product, an error appears that it is registered, please help

Hi artemprin,

One probable cause for this to happen is that the device was previously registered to a different Razer account. Did you purchase it brand new? Please PM with your device serial number and the proof of purchase so I can verify the information. Have a great day!
