I can't register my Razer Blackshark V2 X. It says it's already registered, but I can't figure out where. Because of this, I can't enable 7.1 surround sound.

Upon checking in our system, please be advised that your headset was previously registered to another account. It was manufactured way back in 2021 and was registered in 2023. There is a risk that products purchased from non authorized resellers are often counterfeit or re-boxed goods. You can check if your reseller is authorized by going to this link.
